    #29 I loved receiving packages from "Operation Care Package" while I was on deployment. Also, "Cell Phones for Soldiers" is awesome!

    #29 My mom works at dfw airport for parking and she some times gets me post cards that i can wright on and they put them in the seat of the planes when the soldiers are going over seas. You can right something quick and simple to brighten up a soldiers day. You can call your local airport and see if you can drop some letters off or mail it to them.

Partnership of the Americas 2009, a multiservice, multinational exercise, is the oldest combined exercise within the Department of Defense. Marines with the 24th Marine Regiment conduct training exercises with marines from Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay and soldiers from Canada as a part of Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force 24. More than 25 ships, 50 rotary and fixed-wing aircraft, 650 Marines, 6,500 Sailors and four submarines will participate in the exercise.
