as my comment at start says: sorry about the edits to some of the photos…for the older crowd, I like to call it "CYA"

      • John

"CYA" – What the hell is that supposed to mean? You've censored aircraft art, its not pornography.

        • Rick

Just for kicks, do you know what "CYA" stands for? If not, can someone from the "older crowd" help John on "What the hell is that supposed to mean?"

          • G Monie

CYA = Cover Your Ass good sir!

  • Spencer_on_Fire

Nevertheless, you gotta stop and think about the history of some of these planes and the morale that artwork meant. Good on ya for the post

  • northerner

    Loved'em! Major coolness!

  • northerner

    #27, the best…from my perspective.

    • Rick

I was thinking about using that one as the lead photo, the one I went with worked better with the title

  • northerner

#28, she adds an entirely different meaning to the term "engine jugs", lol!

  • Stan_Dalone

when WWII was over the arrmy air corp made the plane crews clean them up so Rick isn't far off from the censors of the military of the time

  • Matt

Hey anyone know if the bits and pieces with art on them are a guy's copies or cut from the actual planes? My money's on repro but if they're original that guy is sitting on a lot of money

  • Stan_Dalone

#1 #6 #10 #13 1#6 #23 are original art on the original planes the rest are reproductions of a famous plane

  • Victoria Norton
