    #15 This is not the Canadian Coast Guard, that is the Royal Canadian Air Force and those 2 guys are SAR Techs.

    During construction they are called PCUs (Pre-Commisioning Units), or after they are stricken from the Navy register, they are referred to as "the former USS such-and-such".
